Grilled Sea Bream is also tasty. You can grill them whole, head and all. Gut, gill, and scale the fish then rub with olive oil, sea salt, cracked pepper, and garlic. Stuff the fish with thinly sliced fennel, and butter, and close the belly with a couple of toothpicks. Grill the fish on a hot grill or a cedar plank that has been soaked overnight. Squeeze a lemon over the fish just before taking off the grill. Serve the fish with a piece of grilled bread and enjoy.
