During the winter around here, the low temperature is nearly always recorded about 30 minutes or so after sunrise. Sometimes, the temperature will drop two or three degrees between the hour before and hour after dawn. It's kind of odd how that happens, but it is nice to know there's an explanation for it.
In the summer, early morning is sometimes the only comfortable time to exercise or do anything outside, and if it's as humid as it usually is, even that time can be very uncomfortable. It’s no fun to exercise when the dewpoint and the air temp are just about the same. That’s sticky and miserable.
